1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging into, or using Brand360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Use of Services & Meta Integration

Brand360 provides tools to manage social media pages, schedule content, publish updates, and track performance across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

• You must connect only those social media pages or accounts that you own or have explicit legal authorization to manage.
• Your use of our Meta integration is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish or schedule through our platform.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use Brand360, you will be provided with or create account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. Educology Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Brand360 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Educology Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of Meta APIs, third-party server uptime, or unexpected platform changes by Meta (Facebook) that may affect publishing functionality.

5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Brand360 at any time, without notice, if we discover any violation of these Terms, misuse of Meta platform integrations, or unauthorized activities.
