Welcome to Brand360, powered by Educology Solutions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and business data is handled securely. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our social media management dashboard.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services efficiently, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and customer ID provided during registration.
• Meta Platform Data: When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts, we collect Page Access Tokens, Page IDs, and Instagram Business IDs strictly via the official Meta Graph API.
• Content Data: Posts, comments, and media that you manage, schedule, or view through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information (Platform Data)

We use the data obtained from Meta strictly to enable our product services on behalf of you (our clients). Specifically, we use it to:

• Display your Facebook and Instagram timelines within your Brand360 dashboard.
• Allow you to publish, schedule, and manage posts directly from our platform.
• Automate comments or manage webhooks as configured by you.

We DO NOT use your Meta Platform Data for our own internal purposes, nor do we run analytics on your data for external marketing.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Meta Platform Data to third parties. Your data is isolated securely within our database and is only accessible by you via your customer portal.

4. Data Deletion Policy & Revoking Access

You have full control over your data. If you wish to disconnect your Meta accounts or request the complete deletion of your data from Brand360, you can do so through the following methods:

• Via Facebook: You can remove our app's access at any time by visiting your Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations, and removing the "Brand360" app. This immediately revokes our access to your data.
• Via Request: You can send an email to our support team requesting full data deletion. Upon request, we will permanently delete all your access tokens, page data, and stored timelines from our database within 48 hours.

5. Security

We implement strict security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database environments, to protect your OAuth tokens and personal data from unauthorized access.
